  1. Eligibility: The Next Iteration LLC Comfort + Glow Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who sign up via the online giveaway page.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Next Iteration LLC as final and binding as they relate to this Giveaway.
  3. Giveaway Period: Entries are accepted online starting May 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ending May 8, 2025, at noon 12:00 PM Eastern Time. All entries must be received by the end date.
  4. How to Enter: Enter the Giveaway by submitting the required information via the online form on our site. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Next Iteration LLC. You may only enter once; multiple entries by different email addresses, identities, or devices will not be accepted. Fraudulent or abusive methods will result in disqualification.
  5. Prizes: Prizes will be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Next Iteration LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
  6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random under Sponsor supervision and notified via the email address provided within five (5) days following selection. Next Iteration LLC is not responsible for winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or incorrect contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. All federal and state laws apply. Any violation of these rules by a winner may result in disqualification.
  8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Next Iteration LLC, and anyone authorized by them, the right to use your entry, name, likeness, image, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  9. Terms: Next Iteration LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at its discretion should non-authorized intervention or other causes affect the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Any deliberate attempt to undermine the operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law. By entering, you agree to receive periodic email newsletters and/or SMS messages from Next Iteration LLC and the other brands participating in the Giveaway. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the emails or text messages.
  10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Next Iteration LLC, its affiliates, agencies, and their employees from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize.
  11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Next Iteration LLC is headquartered, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes not resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without class action, before a court in the state of Connecticut. In any such dispute, entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
  12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Next Iteration LLC Privacy Policy.
