Return Policy

DON'T LOVE IT?

We want you to feel like your best iteration in our intimates. Our goal is to make you happy by creating products you love to wear. Bras + undies that go unworn or end up in the back of your underwear drawer aren’t sustainable – so if the fit’s not quite right or you don’t love your order – no problem, we’re here to help. 

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged by customer, and they must have their original tags attached. Final sale items are not returns eligible. 

 

RETURN OPTIONS

  1. Redo Returns: Customers have the option to pay $1.48 at the time of purchase to get unlimited free returns or exchanges on that order - there will be no further return, exchange, or restocking fees. You only need to add Redo once, and it will cover ALL items in your order (i.e. it will allow you to return/exchange as many times and for as many items as you need to on your original order).
  2. Standard Returns: If you do not purchase Redo, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. You can still return or exchange your items by purchasing a standard return shipping label (the exact cost of the label will be calculated by the shipper, but typically you can expect the label fee to be between $5-7 for an average order). No additional return or restocking fees will apply beyond the cost of the shipping label. 

 

    RETURN STEPS

    1. Start your return on our Returns Portal using your email or zip code AND order #.
    2. Select which items you would like to return or exchange.
    3. Select your preferred refund method (if not an exchange).
    4. If you checked out with Redo, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your return shipping label for a one-time fee (typically between $5-7).
    5. Print your label and attach it to the top of the package OR use the provided QR code, then drop it off at the shipping service provider.
    6. All returns must be sent back within 20 days of receiving your return shipping label. Returns that are not sent back within that window will not be accepted by the shipping service provider.

     

      TRY-ON POLICY

      To keep our intimates safe, clean and like new, please wear your own undergarments underneath when trying on any of our undies. We purposefully don’t use liners to reduce our plastic consumption, so please take extra care while trying-on, so the undies stay fresh and fabulous in case you need to return or exchange them. Any undergarments that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. 

       

      REFUNDS

      You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your chosen method of refund. Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. If refunding to your original form of payment, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@iterationera.com.

       

      INSTANT EXCHANGES

      If you’re in a hurry to get your exchange, we offer the option of instant exchange via our Returns Portal. If you select an instant exchange, an order for your exchanged items will be created immediately (as opposed to waiting until we receive your original items to begin processing). A $1 hold will be placed on the credit card on file while the exchanged items are shipped to you. You will have 7 days to drop off the original items at the shipping service provider. Once the original items are received, the hold on your card will be removed. In the event the original items are not returned, your card will be charged for the value of the exchanged item. 

       

      DAMAGES, WRONG ITEMS, AND MISSING PACKAGES

      We’ll do our best to avoid all the following scenarios, but if you run into a problem with your order, please follow the below instructions. For any specific inquiries or questions, please contact us at team@iterationera.com.

      1. Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is defective or damaged, please start a return in our Returns Portal. For your return reason, please select “Item is damaged”. You will be prompted to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item. Once confirmed by our team, you will be notified of next steps to complete your return or exchange. 
      2. Wrong Items: Hopefully we’ve got our ducks in a row, but on the off chance you receive the wrong item, please start a return in our Returns Portal. For your return reason, please select “Received wrong item”. You will be prompted to submit a photograph of the incorrect item you received. Once confirmed by our team, you will be notified of next steps to complete your return or exchange.
      3. Missing Packages: If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to team@iterationera.com and our customer service team will do their best to remedy the issue. 

       

        EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

        Shipping and handling costs and the Redo fees are non-refundable. Items without their original tags intact and attached are not eligible for return. Items that show visible signs of wear, laundering, damage, or customer use cannot be returned. Items are not return eligible if it's been more than 30 days since the date of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
